PANOS KATSIKARIS Founder & Managing Director

With over 25 years of experience in the agri-food industry, I have dedicated my career to building bridges between Greek producers and global markets. My focus is not just on trade, but on strategic export management and sustainable growth.


The Track Record: Previously, as General Manager of COGREXPO S.A., I represented over 300 agricultural cooperatives, helping build the national export framework in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Development. Earlier, at IFANTIS Group / ESTI Foods, I led international expansion across the EU, Middle East, and UK, driving plant-based innovation and compliance with global standards.


The MediTaste Vision: Today, through MediTaste, I help producers turn authentic Mediterranean products into global value. I believe that taste is a strategic export tool—a vehicle for reputation, trust, and long-term partnerships.
